2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to enquiries and provide services
- Improve our website and user experience
- Send relevant updates (only with your consent)
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted third parties only as necessary to operate our services, including:
- Hosting: Netlify (website delivery)
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC)
- Advertising & measurement: Google Ads (conversion tracking and remarketing, where you have consented)

These providers process data under their own privacy policies and, where applicable, data processing agreements. Google may process data in the United States and other countries.
4. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at [email protected].
6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to operate our website, measure performance, and — with your consent — personalise advertising. You can manage preferences at any time using the cookie button at the bottom-left of the page, or through your browser settings.
6.1 Cookie categories
| Category | Purpose | Consent required |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Store your cookie preference (ultron_consent_v1) |
No — required for consent management |
| Analytics | Google Analytics 4 — page views, engagement, traffic sources (Measurement ID: G-70G727K1QW) | Yes (outside Australia); granted by default in Australia with opt-out available |
| Advertising | Google Ads — conversion measurement, remarketing, audience building (Account: AW-17857297968) | Yes — advertising cookies are blocked until you accept |
6.2 Google Tag Manager & Consent Mode
Tags are loaded via Google Tag Manager (container GTM-TCMMRMWQ). We implement Google Consent Mode v2, which controls whether analytics and advertising storage is granted before tags fire. In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, non-essential cookies are denied until you accept. In Australia and other regions, analytics and advertising are granted by default, but you may reject non-essential cookies at any time.
6.3 Remarketing
With your consent, Google Ads may use cookies to show you relevant ads on Google and partner sites based on your prior visits to ultrondevelopments.com.au. You can opt out of personalised Google advertising at Google Ads Settings or via our cookie banner.
6.4 Enhanced Conversions
When you submit a contact or lead form and have consented to advertising cookies, we may send hashed (SHA-256) versions of your email address, phone number, and name to Google to improve conversion measurement accuracy. Raw personal data is not shared — only one-way cryptographic hashes as required by Google. This occurs only after successful form submission and only with ad consent.
6.5 Managing cookies
- Click the cookie icon (bottom-left) on any page to change your preferences
- Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies
- Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
7. Australian Privacy & GDPR
We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, our lawful bases are: consent (analytics and advertising cookies), legitimate interests (website security and service improvement), and contract (responding to enquiries you initiate). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the OAIC (Australia) or your local supervisory authority (EU/UK).
