We offer three flexible models: project delivery (fixed-scope, fixed-price), embedded team augmentation (consultant works as part of your team on a time-and-materials basis), and managed capacity (dedicated consultant or team with Ultron delivery management). Minimum engagement starts at 20 hours/week, scaling to full-time or multi-person teams as needed. Post-migration, we configure search, hub navigation, and Teams integration so users can find migrated content quickly in the new environment.

We maintain a curated network of senior consultants who have been assessed on technical capability, communication skills, and client delivery track record. Matching is based on technology stack alignment, industry experience, and cultural fit. We provide a CV and arrange an introductory call before any commitment. If the fit is not right, we rotate at no charge. All solutions are deployed within Australian data sovereignty requirements.

Every augmented engagement includes a delivery lead who provides quality oversight, weekly progress reviews, and escalation management. We handle onboarding, tooling access, and administrative overhead. Clients maintain full visibility and control over day-to-day work while we manage contractor administration, performance feedback, and continuity planning. We also support ongoing search tuning, link remediation, and governance reviews after go-live.
